Side chat for quick questions

Ask a side question with the current chat's provider context, without adding it to the main conversation.

Click the Side chat button near the composer when you need a quick check, clarification, or summary while the main thread keeps moving. AgentsDock opens a compact side panel tied to the current chat, so Codex or Claude can use the native provider context, including tool results, while the side question stays separate from the main conversation.

Side chat opens over the current chat and keeps the answer out of the main thread.

Use it for questions like “what folder are we in?”, “what did that last tool result say?”, or “can you summarize the current change?” without steering the active agent away from its task.
